Delivery Information

Delivery times for items available 'now in person or order by 11am for UK next working day delivery'

Items that 'can be viewed in person, or order by 11am for UK next working day delivery' will be shipped on the same day if ordered by 11am. We are happy to ship your ring on an alternative day. Please e-mail us after you have placed your order to request an alternative delivery day.

We will e-mail you to confirm the delivery day on the same day of order. If you order your item at a weekend will we contact you on the Monday.

Please note, if you are ordering an engraved ring please allow two to three days to re-size when you have selected a specific ring size.

At an appointment a ring available now can be purchased and taken away on the same day if the ring size is unknown. Please allow one to two working days, if you require the ring to be re-sized.

You can also visit us in person to view the jewellery by appointment.

Delivery times for items available 'Within two weeks', 'Within three weeks' or 'Within four weeks'

Your item of jewellery will take 'within two weeks', 'within three weeks' or 'within four weeks' to make in our London workshop. We will e-mail you to arrange a convenient delivery date within the timescale.

Alternatively, you can visit us to view the design sample and the loose gemstones before making your purchase.

Free UK Delivery

In the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland items are posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery. The delivery service is a signed for service for arrival by 1pm.

Items are posted for delivery between Tuesday and Friday.

All items are insured whilst in transit. The insurance is only valid until a parcel is signed for. It is important that the signatory is either yourself or a trusted person.

If there is no one available to sign for your pacel at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a delivery card. The delivery card will include details about the local depot address with an option for either collecting your parcel or arranging an alternative delivery day.

Delivery to a Work Address

If the item is a surprise, you may prefer delivery to your work address. You will be able to enter your work address at the 'Checkout'.

To protect your card against fraud, we are required to ask for further confirmation of identify, and proof of work address. Please note, it is not always possible for us to send high value items to a work address.

Please contact us in advance, if you would like to confirm that the item can be sent to your work address.

Alternatively, your credit or debit card company may be able to add another address to your card. If you prefer, please telephone your credit or debit card company to ask. Once the other address is added, please enter the Billing Address and Delivery Address as the same during the checkout process.

Delivery times for Bespoke Jewellery 

Bespoke Jewellery can take between one to four weeks to produce depending on the gemstone requirements and complexity of the design. We will confirm the delivery timescales with you before your purchase, either by e-mail or during your appointment.

Bespoke items can not be purchased in the Checkout.

Need your ring by a certain date or in a rush?

The jewellery is made by us, and if possible we will always try to accommodate a tight delivery timeframe. Just let us know the model number and specifications and we will confirm whether we can guarantee this delivery date.

Can I collect in person if I have ordered on-line?

Yes, you can collect your ring in person when you have ordered your ring on-line. Please contact us to arrange an appointment time either by telephone 020 7193 4412 or by e-mail

The person who purchased the ring must be the same person who collects the item. Only items under £2,000 can be collected in person when ordered on-line unless there has been a prior agreement in writing.

In order to safeguard your payment card against fraud, you will need to bring with you:

- The receipt

- The same payment card used to purchase the item

- A recent utility bill to confirm your address, which must be the same address used for the card transaction.

- A driving licence or passport

For security reasons, we are only allowed to release the item with these forms of identification when you have ordered your ring on-line and are collecting in person.

We have appointments available from Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
