Amethyst Ring with Antique Style Yellow Gold Band
In Stock. Order by 11am for next working day UK delivery or visit in person in London.
A round 1.64-carat amethyst is set in this Etruscan Revival style ring. The 18ct yellow gold ring is an exact design of a 19th-century ring, with a shaped and fluted band topped with beading details. The gemstone is placed in an open blossom style setting, with 12 prongs of the blossom holding the purple amethyst.
Amethyst is the most precious form of the mineral quartz, a durable gemstone used for jewellery in Roman times and throughout the Victorian era. Amethyst is the February birthstone.
