Can I visit to try on the rings?

I need my ring in a rush - can you help?

Jewellery in our Ready to Wear Collection is available to purchase immediately. These items can be viewed and purchased at an appointment or on-line.

Visit us in person to view the jewellery by appointment. Please call us on 020 7193 4412 or email on to arrange an appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro, PayPal, bank transfers and interest free finance.  

What currencies do you accept?

You will be billed in British pounds (£ GBP) at the checkout. The international currency conversion rate displayed on the website is only a guide and the amount debited by your payment card will depend on the rate when the payment card records the transaction, and any charges made by your bank.

Do you offer any finance options?

We offer an interest free finance option of up to 6 months 0% APR. You can select the interest free finance option in the Shopping Bag.

You will be asked to pay a minimum of 10% deposit at the Checkout. Once your deposit, has been accepted you will be re-directed to the Hitachi Personal Finance website.

The process is simple and secure and it only takes a few minutes to complete the on-line finance application form. For further details, please visit the Interest Free Finance FAQs page.

Credit is provided by Hitachi Personal Finance, a division of Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Do your prices include VAT?

All the jewellery prices on the website include value added tax (VAT) of 20%.

If your delivery address entered at the checkout is outside of the European Union, the 20% VAT will be removed from the item price before payment is requested.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Your online security is very important to us. We use SSL technology and 3-D Secure.

All card transactions are sent by a secure server using SSL technology (Secure Socket Layering). This encrypts your details and ensures that the information you submit cannot be read in the unlikely event it is intercepted. When the letters "http" in the URL changes to "https," this shows that you are in a secure area using SSL.

We have also added 3-D Secure technology for your online purchases. This is a very quick process and helps to reduce online fraud by confirming your identity with an additional password. The programs are Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.

How does 3-D Secure work? Once you enter your credit card details during checkout, a new window will open that will ask for your personal security code. Your card issuer will authenticate the transaction very quickly and also confirm that you are the person making the purchase.

If you do not have a personal security code, you will be asked to register during checkout. Again this is very quick, and once registered, you can use the security code for your other online purchases.

I am not sure of my girlfriend’s ring size, what should I do?

My girlfriend said Yes! I need to change the ring size. What should I do?

We always recommend visiting us to check the ring size. If it is not possible to visit us, you may want to visit a local jeweller to determine the correct ring size.

If you selected the ‘I don't know’ ring size option, we are happy to re-size your ring free of charge the first time. If you specified the ring size while purchasing your ring, there is a small charge of £54. The charge includes return postage to your UK address.

How long does re-sizing a ring take?

Ring sizing typically takes between one to three working days. If your ring needs to be sized up or down several sizes, the re-sizing may take longer to complete.

Please allow three working days to re-size an engraved ring.

We will advise on the length of time when you visit us or contact us for return shipping details.

Once I have received my jewellery how should I insure my item?

We recommend insuring your jewellery. Please insure your jewellery for the retail replacement value stated on the insurance valuation included with your purchase. Please contact if you would like further advice on insuring your ring.

Do you offer a repairs service?

We are here to help you in the event of any accidental damage that affects any jewellery purchased from us. We can usually repair minor accidental damage with a minimal charge within a short timeframe. We make all the rings ourselves and all repairs are also done in-house.

Once we have seen the piece of jewellery, we will be able to give you an accurate quote. If necessary, we will provide you with a written quote for the insurers before any work is carried out. Please contact us on 020 7193 4412 if your item of jewellery purchased from us needs a repair.

Do you offer a polishing and cleaning service for my ring?

We offer one complimentary polishing and cleaning for clients who have purchased both their engagement and wedding rings from us.

It is always nice to have your engagement ring looking like new on your wedding day. Your ring can be dropped off to us in the morning and collected the same day. Please contact us at least two weeks prior to your wedding day to arrange a convenient time.

We recommend having your rings professionally cleaned and polished every few years. We will also check the gemstones in the ring setting to ensure they are securely in place. We offer the cleaning and re-polishing service at a nominal cost of £12 per ring after the first complimentary re-polish.
