We discovered the London Victorian Ring Company when looking for an Art Deco style engagement ring. The service which we subsequently received was exemplary. Michael was extremely helpful and professional in his advice and the perfect engagement ring and wedding rings followed after careful manufacture in London.

A few years later I recalled that a ruby and diamond flower ring from the company had captured my imagination when we originally viewed the site. The ring had been sold but Michael went to great lengths to obtain some exceptional rubies and once again a perfect and most unique ring was created for me.

I appreciated your approach, to take a budget figure and locate a gemstone in that price bracket - and one in the next - the one chosen! Once selected you considered my comments, designed the jewellery around the chosen gemstone and went on to conduct the orchestra and produce the goods on time. A lot of ground was covered in a short space of time.

This is a superb approach but maybe not suited to everyone. Whilst at the outset your unfamiliar world was awesome, you made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.
