We love what we do and we’ve been doing it well since 1890. Our mission every day, through four generations of our family business, is to only make rings that we would want to wear ourselves and to treat our clients with the consideration that we want for ourselves.
We are just as passionate about customer care as we are about the great rings we produce.
How did it all begin?
The company's founder started as a diamond merchant in 1890. Queen Victoria was on the throne and the airplane had not been invented! Over the years, we branched out into antique jewellery sourced throughout Great Britain, visiting the major auction houses in London and around the country. Throughout, we created bespoke rings for our clients. With our wealth of knowledge built up over 130 years, we were able to make each style and buy the best stones to include in each bespoke piece. In the late 1980s, good quality antique rings became scarce in the British market. The company decided to use their expertise as antique dealers and stone merchants in order to manufacture articles in traditional styles.
Why buy a vintage style ring from us?
You will know that you are buying original designs from their era. We hold the jewellery patterns that were made from the beginning of the 20th century, including Art Deco and Edwardian rings that were made in their era. We are able to continue to make them now. Similarly, the design of the Victorian rings is the same as the originals.
Each diamond and coloured gemstone is selected by us and the whole design and creating process takes place in Hatton Garden London. All diamonds are guaranteed conflict-free. The coloured gemstones will be bright and polished and selected by experts with gemmology training.
All rings are made in Britain – they are today and they always have been. You will be the first person either to give or to wear your special ring. You can start your own family tradition.
We are based in London's jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden. Visit us in the meeting rooms of the London Diamond Bourse at 100 Hatton Garden.
