Frequently asked Questions

Yes, our rings can be customised with various gemstones and diamonds according to your preferences. The metal's white luster complements the brilliance of gemstones and diamonds, enhancing the overall elegance of the ring.

If you do not know the ring size required, please select the ‘I don’t know’ option. Your ring will be made in an average size, and can be re-sized free of charge the first time within one year after purchase. If you're planning a surprise ring gift, here are some strategies to help you deduce the right size:

  • Use your own fingers as a reference by comparing them to her engagement ring finger.
  • Check if she has any rings she frequently wears on the intended finger. Bring it to us, and we'll assist you in determining the size. If that's not feasible, a local jeweller can help you identify the ring size.
  • Consider consulting her close friends or family members, if suitable.

Remember, finger sizes can fluctuate during the day, often being a tad larger in the evenings. It's best to measure early in the day or when your hands aren't too warm. A well-fitted ring should feel secure around your finger without rotating. It's typical for a ring to slide past the knuckle with a gentle push and then sit comfortably at the finger's base. Be aware that your ring might feel a bit snug when trying to take it off at night or during warmer times.
