Jonathan and Claudia's Proposal Story
We were delighted when Claudia and Jonathan shared their proposal story with us.
In February this year, Jonathan popped the question on a surprise trip to Paris. For the last few years, the couple have celebrated Claudia’s birthday on the 14th of February abroad. This year, after their skiing trip in France, Jonathan surprised Claudia in Geneva airport with a flying two day visit to Paris.
In one of the most romantic places in Paris, Montmartre, Jonathan proposed on the balcony of a beautiful apartment during breakfast. Claudia said 'yes' and the rest of the morning was spent calling friends and family. The day was then spent walking around Paris and celebrating.
Jonathan arranged for a surprise 30th birthday/engagement party on the evening of their return. He told Claudia they were having dinner with another couple. On entrance to Parlour in Kensal Rise, about 30 of their closest friends were there to greet the couple with a big and loud 'surprise’!
We are lucky to share some of their lovely pictures of a couple very much in love in one of the most romantic cities in Europe.
Jonathan visited us to create Claudia’s bespoke three stone diamond ring. We discussed each element from the diamond specifications as well as the ring design in detail. We were all delighted with the stylish engagement ring.
