Blue Sapphire Engagement Ring Inspiration at a British Countryside Wedding from the B.Loved Blog
When we were asked to take part in a British Countryside wedding shoot with a blue and gold theme we knew immediately which jewellery to share: our emerald-cut blue sapphire cluster ring with matching blue sapphire and diamond earrings.
Featured on the B.Loved Blog, photographer Emily Oliver captured beautifully the romance of an English country wedding in a stunning location in the north of England. Speaking to B.Loved Blog, Emily said that she wanted the shoot to be pretty, elegant, timeless and romantic, and this was certainly accomplished, providing a wealth of inspiration for brides and grooms to create their perfect day.
With so many designs to choose from in the sapphire engagement rings collection, the cluster ring was chosen for its classic charm and elegance. It is easy to get lost in the depths of the emerald-cut blue sapphire. The long facets of the cut create a serene silhouette that lends itself wonderfully to being surrounded by sparkling round-cut diamonds. This Art Deco style ring not only makes a wonderful engagement ring but would be the perfect special birthstone gift for a September birthday.
Our oval sapphire and diamond cluster earrings accompanied the sapphire cluster ring. With a total weight of 2.00 carats, the blue sapphires are each surrounded by 12 diamonds in a Victorian style fluted setting with millegrain edging.
We simply love the venue chosen. Gisburne Park Estate, located in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, held their first weddings in August 2018, and what a magical location for a wedding. Dating back to the early 18th Century, the Grade II listed Estate features a wonderful walled garden and an old Deer Park amongst others landscaped gardens. The shoot captures the charming beauty of the riverside garden complete with a stone bridge, as well as the historic walled garden - all of which are available to the wedding party and guests during their stay.
