Edwardian Style Cluster Rings
Edwardian cluster rings typically have flowing rounded features or are floral in design. Platinum became very popular around the year 1900. The whiteness and lustre of platinum enhanced the colour of the diamonds in a diamond cluster ring.
The strength of platinum meant that less metal was needed for setting the stones, and this allowed the jeweller to create fine and elegant rings. A millegrain finish was usually applied to the setting edges.
We have been making jewellery in Hatton Garden in London since 1890. The cluster engagement rings can be viewed in person by appointment.
